 ounseling is a difficult
profession and I commend all those that choose to serve their fellow man
in this capacity. The temperament analysis was designed and tested to
help you, the counselor, eliminate approximately seven sessions of trying to
decipher just who your counselee really is, given only the information
he or she decides to reveal. There are many tools and methods to use in
the selection of your own personal technique in counseling, however we
feel the A.P.S. precisely pin points each individuals temperament,
enabling you, the counselor, to locate and define the core of your
counselee's problems and see why life has affected them the
way it has. When we discover a persons true strengths, weaknesses, and
needs, we are then better able to focus on productive methods of help.
If you are unfamiliar with the A.P.S., I
encourage you to try this system for yourself. You will find it deep and
thorough, and a positive asset to your practice.
