Strong family relationships are crucial to the development of our children. Many children are out of control for many reasons, a lot of which are valid. Are you one of the reasons? No matter how hard you try to force a round peg into a square hole, it doesn't work. Unmet needs, wrong or harsh expectations, and misunderstandings always produce frustration, anger, and resistance. It is our hope that the use of the temperament analysis for yourself and your youth (s) will bring new awareness of each others needs, and how to best satisfy those needs, in order to eliminate unnecessary stress and tension. 

A family is basically a system of relationships working inside the home. Depending on the dynamics of each individual, this makes our home a haven or not. We all desire home to be a place where we can rest, and be ourselves, and regroup from the pressures of the outside world. In an effort to strive toward that end, the Temperament Analysis brings enlightenment to each individual and pin points the true source of trouble so that we can understand each other and rectify areas of conflict.

Youths can be evaluated as early as age seven. The temperament evaluation is based on the youth's temperament, not behavior. It is your responsibility, as the adult, to determine if your youth's actual behavior is conducive to his or her temperament. The wider the gap between temperament and actual behavior, the greater the youth's anxiety levels. Environment and learned behavior may magnify or lessen the intensity of a person's temperament. Along with the evaluation results, you will receive parental suggestions as to your child's specific needs and how they can be met positively, thereby eliminating a lot of stress related behavior. Our goal is that you develop strong family relationships which provide a healthy environment for your youth.
